After your laundry is picked up and weighed, we'll calculate your final total based on our published pricing and any optional services you selected.

Once your laundry has been weighed, we'll send you a secure online invoice by email or text. You can review the final price before making payment.

We never ask customers to send credit card information by email, text message, or any social media site.

Important Service Information

Laundry is weighed at pickup.
The final price is confirmed before processing.
Payment is due after weighing and confirmation.
Each customer’s laundry is processed separately.
Stain removal is performed on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Service concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Pickup and delivery windows are estimates.
Weather, traffic, road closures, equipment problems, emergencies, or other circumstances may cause delays.
Clean & Clear Laundry Co. will communicate significant delays whenever practical.
