- Complimentary pickup and delivery for all orders over $30. Small orders under $30 carry a flat $15 service fee. Service is limited to active routes and set time slots.
Weekly Laundry Memberships
What Is Included in the Membership? Our weekly membership weight allowances apply only to qualifying everyday laundry items. Included items are basic everyday clothing such as: shirts, t-shirts, pants, shorts, undergarments, socks, pajamas, and other standard clothing. All items must be suitable for standard machine washing and drying. Memberships do not include sheets, pillowcases, blankets, comforters, quilts, pillows, jackets, coats, sleeping bags, sneakers, rugs, mats, delicate garments, specialty-care items, oversized or bulky items, or anything requiring special processing. These may still be accepted but are priced separately based on our standard or specialty rates. Customer Notice: Membership plans cover basic everyday clothing, hand/bath towels, and washcloths only. Additional or non-qualifying items will be identified, priced separately, and added to the customer’s total. The weight of separately priced items is not counted toward your membership allowance unless Clean & Clear Laundry Co. specifically approves it. Whenever possible, we will notify you of additional charges before processing non-qualifying items.

- We process payment at the time of pickup once the weight and final price are confirmed.
Delicate Fabrics
- Please notify Clean & Clear Laundry Co. regarding fragile laces, silk, known damage, or specific allergy needs before we handle your clothes.
Check Pockets
- Kindly check all items for pens, loose change, ear pods, or jewelry before pickup; we are not responsible for pocket contents.
Quality Guarantee
- Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy, just let us know within 48 hours. We’ll quickly review your request and work towards a solution to your liking.
Timing and Logisitics
- Windows for pickup are estimated. Rare delays may happen due to storms, traffic, or mechanical issues beyond our control. We will reach out to update you on any timing changes as soon as we know.
- Valid claims for missing items follow the liability limits in our Service Policy and Terms of Use.
